Reasonably clean and pleasant place, has great views of the Edinburgh castle. It offers an incredible and stunning location and has adorable staff. There's The Queens Arms with nice shots close to the venue.

The staff here is very helpful and attentive, and there was a traditional breakfast and other meals available; it's just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop.

The rooms are a good size with large beds and a safe. It's great that there is plenty of space, reliable Wi-Fi, and a safe. the hotel's location is perfect, being close to George Street and in a particularly good area.

On my next visit to Edinburgh I´ll definitely stay in this hotel again. I recommend this hotel, it is a very good choice.

I was very impressed indeed with the lovely, airy, spacious room I had, especially as a single traveller who usually ends up in the dingy small room at the back!! I loved having breakfast in the Cafe Rouge where the staff were very welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Great spot, super friendly staff, and amazing views of the castle! Perfect for a cozy winter getaway ❄️.

Enjoyed the fact that travelling in a party where we required 3 rooms that they were all together with city facilities on the doorstep.

The breakfast being served across the road in the cafe was fine but we did feel that the service on our visit was very poor but food good.

This place is clean and spacious with great views in an excellent location close to shops, tourist areas, and airport transportation, as well as all amenities in the new town.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for visiting places of interest in Edinburgh, not too far from shops or the train station; the Staff on the reception desk were extremely pleasant and helpful, the room comfortable and the bathroom in particular was very clean.

If I visit Edinburgh again, I hope to stay at this hotel again but I will request another room, as I found it difficult to sleep because of what sounded like a generator pounding away all night, outside my window which I had to keep closed.
